		<description>Great post.  I couldn't agree more.  Career mentoring as it existed before the 1980's is all but dead.  Entry employees, mid-career employees, and even senior executives have few outlets, and almost no sources of advice to discuss various elements of their careers.

As a career coach myself, I see it all the time.
